Three primary basketball entities operate under the umbrella of Central Loudoun Basketball League:
The Youth House League is a recreational league for boys and girls grades 3 through 8, which is comprised of the Elementary School House League (grades 3 through 5) and the Middle School House League (grades 6 through 8).
The Middle School Travel League is a Loudoun-centric travel league for boys and girls in grades 6 through 8 looking to play a more competitive brand of basketball. CLBL handles registration and uniforms for the travel teams representing Harper Park MS, J. L. Simpson MS and Smart's Mill MS, though the league itself is managed and run by PRCS.
The High School House League is a recreational league for young men and women in grades 9 through 12.
